About this villa rental
Villa Flandes is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. It is a Villa with a private pool (with a children's area), fruit trees (peach, nectarine, plum, apricot), plants and flowers. Villa Flandes has a barbecue area.
Its location is exceptional 250 metres from Crystal Beach and the Miami Playa Promenade and 500 metres from Restaurants and bars. The area is luxurious and quiet with a family atmosphere.
Villa Flandes is a modern and comfortable house with quality appliances and furniture, as well as wi-fi and air conditioning. The Villa was completely renovated in 2014.
Distributed on a single floor, Villa Flandes has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an exterior toilet.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped and the living room is spacious and bright, from which we access a beautiful porch with a barbecue and views of the pool.
Villa Flandes has four double rooms: one room has two single beds 90x200, one with a double bed 150x190 and the other two rooms have 1 bed of 180x200 each.
The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located less than 5 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism area, bookings are not accepted for groups of young people.
No noise is allowed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

it was a quiet environment, no annoying disturbing noises. enjoy a wonderful holiday
the chairs at the house were not good, I had expected more. luckily we could sit in our own beach chairs otherwise this would have been a big annoyance. I had expected more from a house of this stature. the fruit trees gave ripe fruits that fell from the tree which made the courtyard a mess, we did not see the promised gardener, because of this a lot of vermin.

Short walk from the beach.
The pool is brilliant, with the child pool.
More comfortable chairs on the terrace.
The Couch inside is very worn down.
The pictures is a little confusing, it is taken over a long period, not all are useable.

Aire acondicionado muy bueno y eficiente. Camas confortables y grandes. Talla de la piscina y su limpieza impecable. Tele de buen tamaño.
Sacar el tendedor roto y poner uno mejor. Una tabla de planchar un poco mejor. Vasos mas nuevos y menos manchados.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, la piscine très bien entretenu. La maison spacieuse, avec BBQ, la terrasse couverte très bien ou nous avons pris nos repas.Le quartier très calme. Le personnel de l'agence très professionnel et à l'écoute, Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.
