Tastefully decorated, this chic 1000m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 1st floor without an elevator.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. Multiple windows let in natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It has access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Our accommodation is situated in a lively and easily accessible area, where you might occasionally hear planes passing overhead.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

It had a weird car park, very very narrow. Wasn’t very close to central city.

The check-in was done so well. We got in late and all went so well. Everything was as said, it's about a 20-minute taxi ride to most places but that was expected. The planes fly over so pack earplugs, it would have been nice to have had more coffee. But, we were pleased with everything!

Most secure accommodation we have experienced. Appreciated half hour early entry. Nice reno with bedrooms at rear away from street noise. Reported shortage of utensils, wine glasses and coffee capsules which they said they would address for next guests. Reported freezer totally frozen and door ajar due to ice. Biggest negative was no internet during our stay even though the lack was reported immediately! Deserves a refund for the stress it created for the adults relying on internet. Received email day of our departure stating time to leave was 9:00am instead of 11:00am as in our reservation.
