This 250 m² house offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, wardrobe and safe. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to a large covered terrace, while the master bedroom upstairs features a private balcony with stunning views of Mount Učka and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.
The open-plan living room with fireplace is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests can also enjoy a private gym, relaxation room with Finnish sauna and shower, as well as a laundry room.
The outdoor area (1000 m²) includes multiple terraces, a swimming pool, jacuzzi for 6 people, and a covered wood-fired BBQ — all set in a quiet natural environment, ideal for relaxation and escape from everyday noise.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dol. The host was very accommodating, even offering us Istria liqueurs to try which we were not expecting. The location is rural and quiet but only a short (15 min) drive to Buzet for groceries and a bit longer to Motovun where we visited a winery the host recommended. It was a lovely experience. The hot tub was nice and there were plenty of towels. We also used the outdoor brick oven both nights and had a great BBQ. Everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying.
