Villa Grazia is located in the village of Kascerga, which belongs to the town of Pazin in central Istria. The small village was already inhabited in prehistoric and ancient times. Today, its inhabitants are mainly engaged in wine and fruit growing.
You will find a good selection of cafés and restaurants in Pazin, around 16 kilometers away. The landmark of this small central Istrian town is Mitterburg Castle, which was converted into a museum after the Second World War. Other sights in Pazin include the Abbey of St. Nicholas, which dates back to the 13th century, and the Franciscan monastery built in the 15th century. Pazin is also known for being the inspiration for the French writer Jules Verne's novel Mathias Sandorf. The first beach is around 35 kilometers from Kascerga and is located in beautiful Porec, where you will also find a wide range of cafes, restaurants and excursion options.
