About this house rental
This two bedroom, two bath oceanside townhouse has a covered carport. When you come in the entry door a flight of stairs will take you to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Glass doors and windows in the living room give you an ocean view and access to the deck. Plenty of cabinet space in this kitchen. Dining for 6 at the large natural wood table. A second flight of stairs will take you to the master bedroom, second bedroom and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen television, private bath with new walk-in shower and access to a private deck. The second bedroom has queen beds. The second bath is off the hallway on this level. Note: Added half bath off the main level.

We really enjoyed our stay!!! The location was great (walk down a bridge and onto the beach), the property was clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay a comfortable one. The owners were thoughtful in providing everything, even down to salt and pepper! My only complaint were the neighbors slamming their door (not the owners fault) and the lack of a back door lock (but you could go around if needed.) I was also shocked at the amount of shells on the beach but a short walk down the beach lead to soft sand. We really enjoyed our week and hope to be back again!

We love the townhomes on the Sandpiper Cove loop! We've stayed at another one in the loop before and this specific home was new to us. The updated/renovated kitchen is beautiful. The updated bathrooms and amenities were stunning. I really appreciated the new half bath on the kitchen level. The other home in the Cove we stayed at didn't have that addition. We loved all the space! The kids enjoyed having their own beds in their room and we loved the easy walk right to the beach. Some cons and suggestions I'd make: A Smart TV inside the guest bedroom. Makes it easier for kids to watch TV in a separate room from parents. The King/Master mattress is terrible. We're active and in our late 30s/early 40s and it killed our backs! If you have back issues, you will not want to sleep on this bed. It was lumpy and very sunken in. This needs updated ASAP, in our opinion (and others according to reviews!). We also found it annoying that the back sliding glass door that led to the beach didn't have a lock with key. In order to lock up the home for beach time, we had to go out the front entry door by the car/carport area, which was doable, but just an annoyance when the back deck was the spot where we kept all our beach items and where the water hose was to wash off sand before entry. The last suggestion I'd make is more toiletries available like tissue boxes in each bathroom, kitchen size trash bags, and laundry detergent. At least 1 more large kitchen size trash bag is helpful. We would love to stay back at this home, but only if the Master mattress is updated. ;) Thanks for a fun Family Fall Break!
