Located just south on South fletcher conveniently nestled near the Ritz Carlton and Peters Point Beach Access.
This completely renovated 3-bedroom 2 bath townhome is direct oceanfront that will accommodate up to 8 people. No more trying to find a parking space or walking across a crowded parking lot. The Sandpiper complex is so ultra-convenient you can drive up to the front door with your own carport. The stairway entry goes to the 1st level where you’ll find your gorgeously decorated living room, dining room, and kitchen.
For your entertainment, the living room has a 55” flat screen Tv, Blu-ray/DVD player. Adjacent to the living room is a quaint oceanfront patio where you can listen to the waves and have a beautiful view of the ocean. Stroll just outside the patio and it's just a short walk to where you can enjoy the beach and all it has to offer. For your safety, there are usually lifeguards patrolling the shore in the summer months.
This beautifully appointed kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs with enough seating for 8 people. Just up the second stairway leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The oceanfront master bedroom has a stunning view of the ocean with a king bed, private bathroom, Flat-screen TV, and hardwood floors. The second bedroom has a king bed, Flat Screen TV, hardwood floors with a view that overlooks opposite of the beach. Halfway between both bedrooms is a full bathroom. The Great Room awaits the next set of steps. Here there is a stunning, picturesque view of the ocean. It’s equipped with one queen bed and two twin beds that sleeps four people with Pergo flooring, a 55” inch Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player for those nights you want to stay in and watch a movie. For the gamers in the family, there are inputs so you can bring your own gaming system along on the vacation. Full-size HE Washer and Dryer in the unit.
Note: No Bathroom is available on the main level
There is a small swimming pool on the non-oceanside of the complex
Charcoal/Gas Grilling is Prohibited on the property!

I didn’t want to do a review because I feel like we may have encountered unfortunate anomalies? But I kept receiving notifications. Dishwasher was broken. Repair involved ordering a part, so hand washed dishes all week. There was a fall in the tub, which had a handicapped handle to enter, but no traction/ grip on bottom of tub surface. The sliding glass door had an issue. When it rained the track filled with water & overflowed in to the floor in the master bedroom (so I had to keep drying that area, including the rug & re-washing the towels that I used for that)…. The property itself was beautiful, well located, & my family had a fun time together.

We had the best time in Fernandina Beach and most of that was due to picking this property to stay in! I have never stayed in a cleaner or more well-appointed home! The only thing we needed for the week that the house did not have was a Keurig (which I asked about before we went down and took my own.) They even offered extra beach towels should we have needed them! Easy access to the beach, though I did forget that you can drive on the beach in Florida which was a culture shock for me the first day. But everyone was respectful of space for the most part. The community pool was a bit too warm to enjoy but the heat index was 110 when we were there so not much could be done about that. I’m sure it’s more refreshing when the temps aren’t so high. We truly enjoyed our week!

The unit is exactly as described or better. Beach access is great, as well as the beach. July 4th fireworks show by the Ritz next door was an added treat.
