My Place is1,690 square feet of luxury. Panoramic unobstructed views of the ocean and city from every room, high floor this unit has 2 bedrooms plus a Den or living room that can be used as the third bedroom has 2.5 bathrooms fully furnished unit .Two Smart led TV, internet, marble floors, granite counter topHas amazing view from the large terrace.This property is located directly on the sand of Sunny.La Perla is a full-service condominium complete with a 24-hour doorman, children's play room, gym with an incredible ocean view, billiard table, library room, party room, open pool, jacuzzi.
All beach services, lounge chairs free towels, and umbrellas are included .There is good Wi-Fi at the pool in case you need to stay connected.The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Three terraces, oceanfront pool , gym , Valet Parking included , party room billiards and media room and business center.
Restaurants, beauty salons and grocery stores right across the street.

The condo view is beautiful, three balconies overlooking the ocean. Perfect location, groceries, restaurants walking distance. Nice manager to communicate with as well as the staff in the building. The condo could use newer updates, furniture, appliance etc. Overall good.

Great location, views, accommodations, etc. Property manager was responsive and accommodating to any requests as needed. Perfect for our month long stay. Would and will do again!

Pros: views views views. Kitchen very nice and well stocked. Staff at pool and beach great. Manager very responsive. Balconies.
Bedrooms spacious. Bathrooms good except water pressure very low.
Cons: apartment somewhat shabby and living/dining room set up somewhat cramped. Busy spot due to pier and beach. Beach crowded by early in the day. Elevators always have long wait. Valet parking takes forever.
We had a very pleasant month.
