About this house rental
Just 50 metres from Port d’Alcúdia Beach, this bright first-floor apartment accommodates up to six guests and shares the house with only one neighbour below. Its privileged location in a peaceful seaside area, offering sea views and easy access to all amenities, makes it the perfect choice for families or groups wishing to enjoy the Mediterranean in comfort and privacy.
The apartment boasts a delightful private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the open air or unwinding at the end of the day while savouring the sea breeze. Guests also have access to the shared areas on the ground floor, which include a pleasant lawn, a furnished terrace, and a built-in barbecue—ideal for al fresco dining or spending quality time with family. Although outdoor privacy is partial, the building’s peaceful and well-maintained atmosphere ensures a relaxed and pleasant stay, with the sea practically at your doorstep.
Inside, the apartment is arranged on one level, combining comfort and practicality. The living room, equipped with air conditioning, television, and satellite channels, opens onto the dining area and a kitchen fitted with gas hobs and all the essentials for home-style cooking. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a trundle bed, all air-conditioned. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, heated by the room’s air conditioning, while the second bathroom offers a shower, bidet, and radiator. The laundry area, located beneath the access stairs, includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Families travelling with children will appreciate the availability of a cot. Comfortable and fully equipped, this apartment provides the perfect setting for a seaside holiday in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.
Port d’Alcúdia is an exceptional holiday destination, combining a long stretch of fine white sand and shallow turquoise waters with an excellent range of leisure activities, restaurants, and water sports. We loved it here! The house is exactly as described and has a great sea vacation vibe. It is 1 minute from the amazing Alcudia beach (2nd line from the sea), and you can see the sea from the living room window between the beachfront buildings. Three bedrooms, all comfy beds, two full bathrooms, full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher... A washing machine downstairs, and an outside BBQ fireplace (we used it!). Everything was clean when we arrived. The self-check-in was very easy. The Wi-Fi was strong everywhere in the house. TVs are not smart, so bring your TV stick(s) if you want Netflix. The owner (Miguel) came to greet us a few days into our stay. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for families — the place comfortably hosts 5 (2 couples and a single/child) and has excellent inside and outside dinner tables. Fantastic location near the beach and great eateries and bars. Short bus or Long Beach walk into town (port) but far enough away that it was so relaxing and not too crowded and touristy! House was fantastic and the balcony and view was a highlight

The apartement is spacious, nicely decorated and is a two minute walk from the beach. The main bedroom is an en suite, with a small walk in closet. Eroski supermarket is also close by, in the same building there is a French bakery and coffee shop called LePicerie that we really recommend.
