"Countess Garden 2.1 (Sun of the Bay Vidalba 1)" is a cosy apartment ground floor with sea views, ideal for couples and families that want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed. The apartment has two complete bathrooms, a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There´s a safe-box in the apartment.The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Location, terrace and Service of Joana being really helpful
Especially furniture but the whole interier is really worn out incl. Kitchen, at least partial reconstruction is really needed

This was our first experience using Airbnb and therefore had no idea what to expect. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The property is situated right on the edge of the beach as the photos show and ideal for those who dont want a long walk to the sea. Having a 4 year old this was ideal. The beach was clean and the sea crystal clear.
There is a large supermarket round the corner and a delicatessen next to it. There is a restaurant (Hawaii) 2 roads away that does nice food and your only a short taxi ride to playa de muro or Alcudia town.
To be aware, in the basement of the apartment block there are bbqs, prams, inflatables for the beach. Almost anything you may need left behind by other guests. We left behind a new inflatable boat, buckets and spades. We made use of the beach umbrellas and mats that are in the basement every day on the beach which was a God send. Saved spending money on beach beds. The air con works well in the two rooms that have it. One thing that would have been nice is a desk fan in the master bedroom as this doesn't have air conditioning and we stayed during a heat wave. It would also have been nice for a couple of English tv channels as they are almost all in german or spanish. I did find if you switch from using the satellite box and used the tv aerial you could pick up the disney channel in English. It was just handy for our 4 year old. We would definitely return.
As mentioned above, a desk fan would be useful to use in the rooms that dont have air conditioning.
