Beautiful apartment with amazing beach views in Port Alcudia sleeps up to 6 people.
After a great morning or long day at the beach, the best way to end the day is washing off under the exterior shower. Next, the best plan is to enjoy your meal all together at the terrace of this beautiful apartment admiring the amazing views by a glass of wine. In addition, there is a barbecue on the top terrace where you can also bask in the sun or admire the starry sky on any of the 6 sun loungers available.
Inside, the spacious living-dining room, with air conditioning, is perfect to relax while watching the TV-Sat or with a good reading. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a ceramic stovetop as well as oven, microwave and more. It has direct access to the terrace so you just have to cook your best dishes and enjoy them right there at the terrace enjoying the sea breeze. There are two bathrooms in the accommodation -one with a tub and the other with a shower- and three bedrooms, all with AC. Two have a double bed, and the other has twin beds and closet. We cam provide with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. The washing machine, iron, ironing board and 2 radiators complete the equipment.
The apartment is perfectly located with all services reachable on foot: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, all kinds of shops, bus stop -that passes by every 15 minutes in the high season-, etc. We recommend you visit the beaches of Can Picafort, Formentor or Port de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia also is worth a visit. You must know the ancient wall, the squares and church, and the traditional street market on Tuesdays and Sundays, when the town becomes an even livelier place.
The private upper terrace is accessed via the communal stairs.

There are pros and cons.
Pros :
+ location right at the beach
+ parking spot in the gated area
+ aircon in every room
+ nice balcony with stunning view
+ barbecue on the roof
Cons:
- poor WIFI
- plenty of amenities out of date
- Rust on appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing mashine)
- only few kitchen dishes (for such a big apartment only 1/2 pots)

The property was OK but could do with some TLC , took a while to access the key pad to get into the property , patio doors would not shut due to broken lock , fridge door was offset and left a gap so would not seal properly , showers in both bathrooms were very poor hardly any water at times and either too hot or too cold , overall the property needed some care and work on it to bring it up to a very good property , location great and sun terrace very good , just all looked a bit tired and in need of repair.
