About this apartment rental
This 2nd floor balcony suite has an incredible view of the ocean with a palm tree gently swaying just off the balcony. This condo is furnished with upscale rattan furniture in a tropical motif and equipped with a 42" flat screen TV. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 25" flat screen TV. There is a memory foam mattress on the queen sleeper sofa for added comfort. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom areas, full kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, tile floor is the perfect condo for a beach holiday. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The location of this property was perfect!! Great view of ocean from balcony. Perfect space for my husband and I. Front desk and maintenance were very prompt with a problem in the suite. The water in shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. Maintenance was able to fix at that moment but the next day, it was the same thing. Also, the seating in the living area was so uncomfortable. However, overall , this was a great place to stay. Hopefully the issue with the water will be resolved.

This trip was great again. I come down to say and fish off shore. In the 3 1/2 days I had to fish (weather permitting) I caught 82 fish off the shore......I had a ball!The ONLY problem again (this is my 4th trip returning) was the WiFi in the room was difficult AGAIN!

Decide a few inconveniences in the condo, we enjoyed our stay. Friday was a cool, cloudy day, but we enjoyed the day anyway.
