About this apartment rental

Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City's charming historic district. Rio Grande is at the nexus of everything Park City offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. Walk in/ walk out to Historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-out* to Park City Mountain. Win. Win.

Guests access Rio Grande 204 through a semi-private foyer. Upon entering the condominium, guests will be drawn to the accordion window and one-of-a-kind cocktail table, perfect for watching the sun dip behind the ridgeline each evening. The feature fireplace wall and large screen TV compete for your attention while seated on the comfortable leather sectional. The luxury kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and seating for 10.

Unit 204's three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms provide sleeping arrangements for six with luxury décor and furnishings in each bedroom. The main bedroom, which overlooks Park City's historic residential downtown, is furnished with luxury linens and high-end décor. Each guest bedroom will offer your choice of a king bed or two twin beds and offer a private, well-equipped bathroom.

The shared rooftop deck is like no other in Park City. Featuring a hot tub, bar-b-que, fire pit and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter's sunsets, listening to summer's quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town's traditional Fourth of July fireworks show tops the building. If you catch a chill, the social lounge just inside from the rooftop deck is the perfect spot to wind the evening down.

Enjoy private underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park City. This is a great place to stay while skiing Park City. I honestly doubt if there are ANY condos or houses closer to Town Lift AND the activities of Main Street. Right outside the door, there is a place to rent skis, get lift tickets, hop on the lift and have breakfast before skiing and / or drinks after your last run. When I say “right out side the door,” I mean within 15-20 steps!! The condo is great and as advertised. Most folks we chatted with on the lift could not believe where we were staying. I highly recommend it and will make every effort to stay here in the future when skiing Park City.

We had a wonderful space. The location was perfect and super convenient to all the Park City has to offer.

The AC was out for the entire duration of our stay. Two two bedrooms in the back have windows that face into an alley, so there is no air circulation. And the master in the front faces the street, so not only was it hot, it was loud with passing cars, trucks and all sorts of other street noise.
