About this apartment rental

Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City's charming historic district. Rio Grande is at the nexus of everything Park City offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. Walk-in/walk-out to Historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-out* to Park City Mountain. Win. Win.

Guests access Rio Grande 301 through a semi-private foyer. Upon entering the condominium, guests will be drawn to the windows with views of the mountains and town, perfect for watching the sun dip behind the ridgeline each evening. The feature fireplace wall and large screen TV compete for your attention while seated on the comfortable sectional sofa. The luxury kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a wine fridge, and seating for 4 at the dining room table and three at the kitchen island.

Rio Grande 301’s two bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the living room provide sleeping arrangements for 6 guests and offer stylish décor and furnishings in each bedroom. The main bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, that also opens to the main living area.

The shared rooftop deck is like no other in Park City. Featuring a hot tub, bar-b-que, fire pit, and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter's sunsets, listening to summer's quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town's traditional Fourth of July fireworks show tops the building. If you catch a chill, the social lounge just inside from the rooftop deck is the perfect spot to wind the evening down.

Enjoy private underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park City. Perfect location and all around good quality unit. Having said that, the little things matter. Broken ice maker, loud refrigerator, exposed tv wiring in master, trash and separate recycle bins (outside cabinets). This could all be fixed for less than a nights charge.
