Great property. Conveniently located to major attractions but doesn’t feel like you’re packed in with everybody else. The cabin itself was comfortable and cozy.

Cabin was beautiful. Check in was a breese. A couple of things needed attention. Jacuzzi did not work. Beds need to be replaced. Other than that vacation was a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The previous reviews were correct about needing a good scrub down, inside and out. While we loved the amenities (pool table, huge basement TV, hot tub, large soaking tub), there were lots of places that were dirty. There were used tissues in one of the plants, a piece of trash in the hot tub, and the whole outside needs a good pressure washing to get all the cobwebs off. Overall though we'd stay here again for the convenience of the location to Dollywood and the amenities.

To start, my family and I had a great vacation and feel like we got a lot out of our stay and trip for the price we spent. A couple things I’d like to say and warn other guests about. The cabin was in an excellent location and was very quiet. The host was very kind and accommodating and responds very quickly. The cabin itself needs a good deep clean. Not just a spot clean. There’s spider webs, dead bugs, dirt, stains. The towels have stains and holes. The beds need to be replaced badly. Each bed was hard and SQUEAKED so loudly when you get on the bed or move around. Every floor can hear the beds squeaking. The hot tub worked and was clean, but the lights on the hot tub didn’t work so when we were in it, it was very dark outside. The toilet on the middle floor was not secure to the floor at all.
