+Gas grill: Guests are responsible for filling/refilling propane. We do have grilling utensils.

Owners liability: Guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the house, outside balconies, yard, hot-tub, driveway, and firepit areas regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
Bears/Wildlife: Please note that the house is located in the mountains and there are bears that live close by. PLEASE always lock your car doors and the front door to the house. Bears do know how to open the doors. NEVER leave food or trash outside as it will attract bears. Please always put trash away outside.
This cabin is pet-friendly with an additional fee. If you try to sneak in a pet, you'll be charged $400 and could be asked to leave the premises immediately upon owner's discretion.
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Guests need to bring their own shampoo/conditioner.
Coffee: We have a Keurig coffee maker and sometimes pods will be left for guests to use.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is ample parking for 6-12 cars in front of our home depending on the size of the car.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend to purchase travel insurance to ensure the trip.
Trash: Please put all trash in the trash bins. Please do NOT leave any trash outside that is not in the bins as it will attract bears.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Please remember we are in the mountains so you might see bugs/pests during your stay.
Absolutely no fireworks and open flames of any kind outside of the firepit area. The use of any other type of flame is $150.
No smoking allowed inside, if you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 and an additional cleaning fee to rid the smell. Smoking outside the home is fine but please dispose of properly.
Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM SHARP unless given permission otherwise by the cabin owner. Our cleaning team has to clean multiple cabins in a day so we want to be respectful of their time. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Absolutely amazing! We had a blast. So much space and places to sleep and things to do. The hoat was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be booking again! 100 percent No complaints! Amazing for family gatherings and special occasions!

First, the listing said there were twin bunkbeds with the King which would have been perfect. There are bunkbeds but only in the the game room. The owner stated he has fixed this on the site. We had to buy blow up beds for the kids. The house does sleep 16 but it would be 8 couples. The rooms are on the small side and not equipped for blow up beds. There is a pool table in the loft which everyone enjoyed but there was a huge hazard. The railings are far enough apart that the pool balls can fall through and on to someone's head on the sofa. That almost happened a couple of times. There were plenty of blankets which turned out to be a huge asset as one of the rooms downstairs was extremely cold. It didn't seem like the heat was blowing through the vent. There were not enough towels for 16 people. The towels that were there seemed like utility towels. They were quite thin. The kitchen had enough dishes and cups but glasses were lacking. The ice maker did not work and there were NO shelves in the door of the refrigerator. The stove looked like it was bought dented up, as it was pretty banged up. We did find underwear between the dresser and wall of one of the bedrooms. The owner said he would send housekeeping around to dispose of them but we never saw them. The road noise was pretty tough. Light sleepers and kids beware. That isn't the owners fault but it is bad. We made the best of it. If the owner will put a little work in this place it would be a decent place.
