About this apartment rental
Mountainback Unit 63 is a spacious and gorgeous 2 level condo with high ceilings in the open living and dining areas, and in the upstairs loft; a perfect unit to relax and rest in after adventuring in Mammoth! This 2 bedroom with den and loft is near the pool area and shuttle stop!
Maximum Occupancy: This condo can accommodate up to 9 people!
Bed Arrangements: The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with TV. The loft area has 2 twin beds and the den area is off-set from the living room and can sleep 3 people with a bunkbed, bottom bed is a double with TV.
Condo Amenities: The living room is equipped with cable tv (50 inch LCD), WIRELESS connection compliments of the owners, VCR and dvd player with the kitchen being fully equipped for your cooking pleasure with granite counter top, new cabinets, and new appliances. The sofa does not pull out. Washing machine and dryer are also available for use!
Upgrades: Newly remodeled bathrooms, new dining table and chandelier installed in the dining area.
The unit is located by the pool area with easy access to the jacuzzi and 2 year round barbecues.
Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!
Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Like all Mountainback properties, this unit is well situated in relation to the mountain, and its underground parking is easily accessible and convenient—even with this year's heavy snows. The ease of making reservations and picking up keys when arriving after hours are more good reasons why we always book at Mountainback.

The condo itself was adequate, but needs some TLC, as did the stairwell. It’s old, but with a little dusting and sprucing up, it could still be very nice. We had a great time skiing, location was perfect for access to Canyon Lodge.

Unit #63 was one of the most flexible and accommodating condos we've rented. With four separate sleeping areas and a variety of bed sizes, it's very spacious for four people and able to easily welcome many more if desired.

We do this trip every year-3 moms and all our boys and their friends! Each year we stay at a place in Mountainback. We are never disappointed! #63 was great, the boys were happy and so were we! Can't wait for next year!
