Some initial confusion at the beginning of our stay about check in process and what appeared to be a rushed cleaning prior to arrival, which was likely because it was peak time of year.Ended up being a good unit for the week with a nice view overlooking the ocean. Great location!

The house was clean and in good condition! The view from the balcony at sunset is stellar and we were fortunate enough to see dolphins. ! Would certainly stay here again.

We love staying at the Beach Palms. We have stayed here many times. Beautiful sunsets and views.We have stayed in 505 4 times now after staying in a unit that was sold for many times.Our only complaint is the elevators.Everytime we come one isn't working. This stay on our last day as we were leaving none worked! We had to come down in the stairwell from the 5th floor!
