Had an issue with the oven and contacted the host. She got right bavk to me and came right over.The home was fantastic and it's l Iocation was perfect for us. We are hoping to return to this property when we visit Sarasota again.

The host was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and prompt with communication. There was an issue with the hot water. The host quickly responded quickly to assist with the issue. It would have helped to have details on how to deal with this common issue in the guest instructions. The property was in a great location - near beaches, restaurants, etc. The property does need a deep cleaning, general maintenance needs to be addressed, and the kitchen needs to be restocked with key essentials (utensils, basic cooking items). The back porch could not be used because the screens were broken and just generally unkept. The house's layout was great and the beds were very comfortable.
