THIS APARTMENT HAS BEEN NEWLY REFURBISHED TO HIGH STANDARD.
Clube Albufeira is an elegant resort less than one kilometer from Fisherman's Beach in the Old Town Albufeira. It features 4 outdoor swimming pools and pool-side bars, set within elegant grounds.The apartments at Albufeira Clube all have private balconies and cable TV. Every apartment has self-catering facilities, a separate dining area and a private bathroom. The O Pavilhão and Casa Azul restaurants serve both local and international cuisine. Light snacks and drinks are available in the hotel's bars, A Pergola and A Cascata. Recreational activities available nearby including snorkeling, water skiing and wind surfing. Bicycles can be rented for exploring the locate area. There is a separate children’s swimming pool, and a children’s play area. Clube Albufeira is less than 5 minutes by car from Albufeira city center which has attractions including the Modelo Shopping Center. It´s a 30 minute drive to Faro Airport.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window overlooking heated swimming pool and garden.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms which two have 2 single beds each and another with a queen bed and an extra bed for a child.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels, Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The bathroom has overhead showers, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOM
The bedrooms have a queen and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, window doors overlooking the heated swimming pool and garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
7 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.
POOL
Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

Refundable Security deposit of 300€ requested and is payable with the final balance, and if there are no breakages or damage will be refunded returned to you on the last day of your holidays.
Prices may vary on special holidays like Christmas and Easter.
CLUBE ALBUFEIRA is situated 35km from Faro's international airport, less then 30 minutes by car. Located on the Estrada de Ferreiras road into Albufeira, it has easy access to the city center, as well as the E.N.125 and the Via do Infante highway, which has a straight connection to neighboring Spain.
(For stays longer than 8 days, complimentary free routine cleaning may be provided during your stay.
If you prefer not to receive cleaning service, please inform us in advance.)
Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).

We have really enjoyed our stay at this apartment it was very well equipped, we have enjoyed proximity of the heated pool and also perfect location very close to Albufeira. One of the added benefits would be the availability of the beach/pool towels as it meant we were constantly washing our bath towels. Also the bed mattresses were ok but could be a bit higher quality (better support) but it didn't bother us too much for a week's stay and we got used to it. For longer stay it may have been a bigger issue.

We have stayed at various apartments at Clube Albufeira and this apartment is by far the best. Immaculately clean, beautifully presented and well equipped. The only feedback I would give would be an ask for better pillows on the beds. Great apartment with sun all day and excellent proximity to the heated pool.

Really enjoyed our time in Algarve area and this property. Was the perfect blend of relaxing with close enough excursions. We spent time in the downtown Albufiera area at the beach, shops and restaurants, and did a couple of excursions, one to the West coast National Park, and one to stand-up paddle board to the caves. A great trip and a great VRBO for a family. We had 4 kids (6, 11, 14, 16) and they all loved it! The on-site restaurant was very good too!
