Escape to Quackshack, a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath cabin located in the Michaywe neighborhood of Gaylord, Michigan. This family-friendly retreat features a game room, year-round pool and hot tub access, and exclusive local discounts at nearby restaurants and golf courses. Enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding in winter, or golfing, hiking, and outdoor pool fun in summer. Just minutes from Treetops Resort, Boyne Mountain, and scenic trails.
We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.
Located in the charming Michaywe community in Gaylord, Michigan, Quackshack offers guests a peaceful and friendly atmosphere with access to fantastic amenities. Guests can enjoy the community’s indoor pool, outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub (seasonal), clubhouse, and scenic walking trails. Guests will have full access to Quackshack, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the 5 bedrooms, game room, living areas, and the spacious backyard with a fire pit.
The community amenities in the Michaywe neighborhood are also available, including:
•Indoor pool and hot tub (open Labor Day to Memorial Day)
•Outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day)
•Michaywe clubhouse with additional community spaces
•The garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. It was in a nice wooed neighborhood. We were there to see the fall/colors. But we did take advantage of the fire pit in the back yard. Kyle was easy to communicate with.

There are a lot of pros to the Quack Shack. Well stocked kitchen, lots of games and refrigerator space, fire pit, plenty of beds and nice decks.Kyle, the host, was proactive and responsive communicator. We ended up using the clubhouse pool and it worked out well.We visited when it was pretty hot out and like any 2 story house with a basement, we had freezing children in the basement and hot sleepers in the loft.One of the top rentals I've ever had.
