About this apartment rental
This 2nd Floor Studio Plus is the only one of it's kind. This condo happens to have the largest balcony on the property, it's just not directly oceanfront. When you are enjoying the open air of the large wooden balcony, you will over look the beach parking lot and you can still see the horizon of the ocean off in the distance. This spacious suite has a large comfortable Serta King Mattress. In the closet there is an additional single size roll-away bed. The sleeper sofa is great for snuggling up and watching a movie on the 48" Flat Screen TV. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the television (same channel line up as before 10/2023). This suite has the full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove with oven and large refrigerator. The bathroom has the tub, vanity, toilet and tile. We think this spacious Studio efficiency is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. NO PETS ALLOWED

Notes: The 2nd Floor Studios can not be reached by the elevators on the property, you must take stairs to get to the 2nd Floor. This condo is non-smoking, however the complex's designated smoking area is near by on the ground level.

We ended up switching to this room after an issue with the water heater in our other room. This one was not quite as well stocked, but had a bigger kitchen, couch, and table. Wasn’t on oceanfront side, but we had a pretty view of it from a nice deck. Housekeeping took great care of us. Close to convenience stores and a couple of food options.

We stayed for about a week in the condo. It’s on the opposite side from the entrance to the pool and beach. So there’s a trek down a set of stairs, up another set across the lot and then down the length of the building to beach/pool. The laundry and the ice Machine are on the 2nd and 3rd floors closest to this unit. Laundry is 2 per washing and 2 for drying. The dryer is mediocre and would’ve taken another cycle to properly dry the load that we washed but we didn’t want to pay another 2. The condo didn’t have any potholders to remove pans from the oven or a spatula- so we had to purchase as we didn’t bring our own. The balcony faces the parking lot of the building next to you and there is the pet walk and smoking section right beneath. Had I’d known this prior to booking I wouldn't have chosen it as I’m currently pregnant and have two small children. So we were limited on the balcony time as there were frequent smokers. I went To confirm what we needed to have done before we departed- clean dishes and gather trash. Everyday of our stay we had housekeeping knock on our door and provide fresh towels and took the trash. We were gone early Saturday and housekeeping had not come- which isn’t a problem except we wanted fresh towels and didn’t know where to put the trash. The woman at the desk was a little put off when I asked If we could get more towels and asked about the trash. The lady that did help me informed me that the lady didn’t know housekeeping came to take trash
