The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 7 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
