The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Best rental we've had in years! Managed by Realjoy (great company!) the house was very clean and laid out/ described just as the pictures represent. Our group of 4 adults fit extremely well in the 3 bedrooms, and the Jack n Jill upstairs bath was very convenient! Beds and pillows both super comfortable. More than ample bath linens! Kitchen is adequately equipped and well served our home cooked meals. The great room provides lots of seating around a large coffee table suitable for our nightly board games. The back patio with seating lines the pathway to the pool and is a relaxing end to the evening. The pool water was clean clear and the perfect temperature! Enjoyed the hot tub too! You can watch the sunset and see the gulf by climbing the 66 stairs up the tower (yes, we counted! LOL) Having the bikes with the home was a game changer as this region, as stated, doesn't offer much parking. The beach access 1 mile away, is public and worked out well. On days we weren't able to leave our vehicle, it was a quick drop off and 1 of us would return on bike. Although the public area isn't very big, we were always able to find space for 2 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs. You are able to use all of the beach area from the wet sand to the water - this makes for miles of enjoyment in the crystal clear emerald waters! It would require much more space for me to mention all there is to see and do in this area! Will rebook for sure - and hopefully longer than a one week stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and aesthetic. There are shops within walking distance and we used bikes to ride to the beach. We would stay here again!
