This 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 2 story home (sleeps 10) sits nicely on one of the highest elevations in the exclusive community of Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach directly off 30A. Only 3 homes away from the beautiful palm-tree lined community recreation area which includes a uniquely designed pool, hot-tub, fire pit, observation tower, grills and TV’s with plenty of sofa’s chairs and tables to gather at.
Private parking which can accommodate 3 vehicles and one golf cart which is available for rental at South Walton Carts. Our home is only one mile away from the best beach in the Panhandle, Blue Mountain Beach. Known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas.
What sets our home apart from the other rentals?
1. Comfortable entertaining / relaxing areas throughout the home. Power reclining leather sofas, 7 HD TV’s with Amazon Prime videos and Samsung TV, 3 massive porches with unique furniture, 3 electric fireplaces and 14 ceiling fans.
2. A well stocked kitchen. Oil, spices, cookware, coffee makers, cooking utensils etc. Save a little money and prepare a few meals at home.
3. Premium gel infused memory foam mattresses. High thread count sheets, hypoallergenic pillows and covers. Nothing better than having a wonderful bed on vacation.
4. Added household items well stocked. From toilet paper to shampoo and soap and luxury Turkish bath towels, you will feel like you’re at a 5 star luxury hotel.
Our home is centrally located to many entertainment areas and restaurants.

Expansive floor plan with high ceilings and fantastic views. The home includes 2 high-performance air conditioning units, WiFi, HULU and Amazon streaming TV and high efficiency washer and dryer for superfast cleaning. Fabulous entertaining space with new chef’s kitchen with almost every device you could think of to prepare a gourmet dinner. The great room also features two power reclining leather sofas set perfectly to view a 65 inch HD 4K smart TV connected to a Denon receiver with Klipsch speakers.
3 massive porches, each with high-end appointments. The front lower porch has a one-of-a-kind teak table and stools. Also, a hose to help rinse off the sandy items from the beach. The front upper porch features beautiful sunset views and a 10 piece lounge set and ceiling fans to help enjoy them! The rear lower porch is set-up for private entertaining with a Tiki bar, TV, fireplace, ceiling fans, lighting and custom handmade teak “crab” chairs and table.
Massive 1st floor master bedroom has a premium 14 inch memory foam mattress with high thread count sheets and several types of pillows for your preference. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms; 3 queens, bunk room and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a HD TV and the queen bedrooms have ceiling fans. • Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Please do not request to book for parties of young adults.
• The Damage Waiver has been charged in the event something within our property is accidentally damaged during your stay. However there is a monetary limit of coverage that varies per property. All claims must be reported and approved by management in order to be covered by the damage waiver. Please inquire as to the monetary limit this property is covered for.

We had an amazing experience staying at The Peabody’s home in Santa Rosa! This house was the perfect fit for our large group 8 adults and 3 children, and never once felt crowded. From the start, check-in was simple and stress-free. The home was incredibly clean, with fresh towels, clean beds, and fully stocked toiletries. The Peabody’s truly thought of everything! The updated decor gave the house a modern, welcoming touch, we loved the layout and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was the military discount, which we truly appreciated. It gave us access to free beach equipment and adult-sized bikes, which made our beach outings and neighborhood rides so much more enjoyable.We also loved how functional the home was hooks were placed throughout the house for drying clothes and towels, making life easier after beach days. The kitchen was fully stocked with a wide variety of cooking supplies, pots, pans, and even seasonings something we don’t always find in vacation rentals! The two screened-in patios were a favorite spot for everyone to relax in the evenings. Being able to enjoy the outdoor breeze without the hassle of bugs was a huge plus. Mr. Peabody was an excellent host friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have everything they need for a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to any families or groups visiting FL. Thank you, Mr. Peabody for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Seriously, this house is fabulous! It’s very clean and appointed with anything you could think of! The host was readily available with any questions we had and was so very easy to work with. We will be staying here every time we come to BMB- we finally found “our house”!

This house was PERFECT for our large group. It was very spacious with 3 unreal porches to hang out on. The living room was great to host, kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was very neat and tidy. The location is excellent, we walked to a nearby coffee shop every morning for breakfast. I highly highly highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting, we will definitely be rebooking here!

Overall my stay was amazing. Greg was very responsive and a great host. If you are in the Santa Rosa Beach area I would definitely recommend staying here for your next getaway.
