This Gulf front condo is located on the second floor directly on the beach. Enjoy an awesome, unobstructed view of the dunes, the beach and the gulf. This condo comes completely furnished with all new designer furnishings including up to date LCD TVs in the living area as well as both bedrooms. Perfect for families or to just get away and relax. The unit has two bedrooms, each with a full private bath. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has a queen bed and a queen size sofa bed pulls out in the living room. Easily sleeps 6.
Choose your activity level. Okaloosa Island is out of the main flow traffic. Therefore, the beaches are not as crowded as our neighbor, Destin, to the East. Yet you are only minutes away from any activity you could desire for yourself, the family, or the kids.
Now you are ready to relax, grab a book and head to the beach, or unwind out at the pool. Want seclusion, park yourself out on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds.
If you want things to do, consider: the finest deep-sea fishing in the world; some of the best golf courses in the Southeast; the shops and outlets in Destin, Sandestin, and Fort Walton Beach; the Gulfarium; the best of kids’ activities; dancing at the local night spots; and if you love to eat, be it seafood, steaks, Italian, or Continental, casual or dressy, we have a number of excellent restaurants within two miles. Very close to the Emerald Coast Conference Center.
If you don’t want to drive, we are located approximately fifteen miles from the Fort Walton Beach Airport. Fly down and rent a car. It is so easy.

The host was very accommodating. The condo was beautiful, we had everything we needed. No one bothered us during our stay. I would definitely love to rent this condo again.

Overall the stay was nice, the grounds are kept very clean. The room was clean, the view was amazing we seen dolphins 3 times from our balcony, and twice while we were out swimming in the Ocean which was magical for my little ones! The place is very open and plenty of room. The workers on the property are very nice and always greeting you. It's within walking distance to the close restaurants if that's what you wanted to do. Cons: I didn't know you needed to go through gates with codes to enter the beach area (I've always stayed at open areas) which can be a pain with your hands full. I also didn't receive to correct code in my email I got before checking in, thankfully someone gave me the right one because I wasn't even sure who to call? The options on the weekend were emergency maintenance(I believe) I wish we could just message the host for things like that and make it easier. The king bed is very firm, which I know can be uncomfortable to some. I would suggest maybe adding a couple throw blankets for the living room. The hot tub is small, the pool is heated and kept very nice! I would recommend staying here
