The GrandView on the Lake is one of Chelan’s most sought-after waterfront condo hotels. Ideally located near all major Chelan attractions and the historic downtown main street, it’s the perfect home base for business travel, weekend escapes, or extended getaways. Walk to nearby restaurants, wine tasting rooms, live music, recreation, and more!

The pool is seasonal and weather-dependent. We aim to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary depending on conditions.
Upon arrival, all guests and vehicles must be registered. Guests under 25 will be required to sign a liability agreement in accordance with our underage policy.
Noise complaints, property rule violations, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Lake Access:
Lake levels vary by season. Direct access to the lake typically begins mid-June and continues through October. However, year-round beach access is available just 200 feet away at the nearby Ranger Station.

Location is great and the room had everything you need for a short stay. There were a couple of things that could use attention like the broken shower head which still worked but should get replaced and the A/C unit was so close to one bed that you were either freezing or way too hot. But overall a great place i
