Grandview #511 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, first floor waterfront studio condo. Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets.
Enjoy a double Murphy bed, queen sofa bed, full bath, full kitchen, and electric fireplace in the spacious living area.

This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

This place was great for a little getaway! Easy access to the lake and the pool from the back door. It has a full kitchen and access to BBQ grills right off the back door. The main bed was small but cozy. The pullout couch bed….not comfortable! Would definitely recommend for a party of 2! The hotel location was perfect! Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and water activities! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Location perfect to walk everywhere. Parking is tight if you have a truck. A little bit of a maze getting to the ice machine, could use a few more of those. Not close to our room at all. Overall, great place, great location, clean updated room, beautiful views! Would recommend and stay again.

When we checked in we received a room that I did not book. I went back to the office and they quickly resolved it and got us a new room that was perfect and hope to stay in that room again next year.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Good. The room was pretty cold though. A big draft came in under the door from the exterior into the room; the small heater couldn’t keep up. Room was clean but not as nice as I had hoped. It’s an older property and in need of some updating. Lovely views.
