About this house rental
The Sharp Park neighborhood is 10 miles to San Francisco and 20 miles to Silcone Valley. This is a great place to rent if you are here for work or to explore much of the San Francisco Bay area. Work hard all day and relax at night by our large fire pit while listening to the waves 50 yards away. Hike open trails along ocean and into hills.
Escape to the beach! Less than 50 yards walk to Pacifica Pier and beach. This cute coastal cottage on an oversized lot offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Updated electrical, plumbing, insulation, dual pane windows, newly landscaped front yard with deck. Stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. The backyard has BBQ , fire pit, pergola. Walk the hills, golf (public course 1/2 mile away), surf at the beach, or catch dinner off the pier. Easy location to shopping, local restaurants, and cafes. Wonderful hiking trails along the coast (our beach is almost 1 mile long) and into the hills (trails, just off the beach promenade, lead all the way to Half Moon Bay). Public transportation a short walk from the house connects you to all the sights in San Francisco. Here is your chance to be close to the beach and ocean. Can sleep up to 5 people. Wifi, 2 TVs- both with streaming apps. Off street parking.
All of the linens and appliances are of the highest quality. The shampoo and condition are all organic.

The check in process was very easy. The cottage was very confortable, wonderful location, just a few houses from the peir and beachfront with great walking path!

Overall, the house is very cute and it's not the properties fault for the cleanliness. A couple of the issues were dishes still in the dishwasher, we didn't have enough towels, so went out to wash them and found all of the towels still in the washing machine. We have no on how they had been there but they smelled sour so we had to rewash those. Also, somebody prior had spilled a bunch of lavender scented essential oils in the master bedroom, which made the smell overwhelming.
I did need to try and contact the property manager with no reply for over 24 hours which was annoying but not a huge shoe. However, if it was an issue of me being locked out or something time sensitive. it would've been a major problem.
Also, something to keep in mind is the bed in the master bedroom is extremely hard. I think it's probably the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. My son slept in the second bedroom and it did have a mattress pad on top to make it softer, so I'm not sure if something happened to the mattress pad in the master bedroom or if they just didn't have one.
