Just stayed at this property of Arlene‘s. We had rented another property of hers, but it was unavailable for this stay. This property was clean well equipped, even had Keurig pods, which was very helpful. Located about a block and a half from the beach very walkable with a nice trail to the left of the street. Oceana market is just across the highway by an overpass within walking distance. Would definitely stay at any of her properties again.

Beautiful location. You don't even need a car. We were able to get to so many places on foot. The home was VERY clean (and I'm OCD when it comes to cleanliness). We stayed here with our 4 children.

The apartment was in an amazing location, literally minutes from the beach. I was thoroughly impressed by the place. It was stocked with everything a person would need to prepare a meal, or simply relax on the leather sofa and watch movies. My favorite aspects were the shower and modern bidet-style toilet. Highly recommend!!

Well located for our needs. Very clean. Comfortable rooms. Renovated to include digital technology for all light stwitches and heat. All may bplugs with usb charges heat
