Cozy, modern and independent apartment. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Newark Airport and NYC. Updated modern kitchenette and bathroom. Premises have surveillance cameras, parking spot for 1 car, coin-operated washer and dryer machine for use. Is conveniently located close to restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, bars and mall outlet. Within 7 minutes walking distance to local train station and 1 minute distance to bus station to NYC. Only short 5 minutes drive to Newark Airport and 30 minutes from NYC.

Excellent experience. The property was exactly as described, and exactly what I needed for my short stay in close proximity to NYC. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could need. The living room area was just right, with a very nice BIG TV. North Elizabeth NJ Transit station is a short walk from the property. I will definitely stay here again if I have travel to NYC in the future.

The place was very clean and matched the description of the property! We really enjoyed our stay and the host helped us with subway, bus, and train tips as we aren’t from the area. She was very helpful and we were able to get around town and to New York without a problem!

This was one of my top accommodation stays for many reasons. First and foremost, the hostess was incredible with timeliness, friendliness, and helpfulness in communications. The apartment had everything you could need for bathroom, kitchen, living-room and bedroom. Plenty of towels and quality thickness. Laundry in basement. Transit options to/from airport and to/from Manhattan are a very short walk away. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.
