Cozy and modern apartment. Only 5 mins from Newark airport and 30 mins to NYC

The place was clean, had everything I needed, only thing drive a small car parking is narrow. I'd book again

The place was very clean and matched the description of the property! We really enjoyed our stay and the host helped us with subway, bus, and train tips as we aren’t from the area. She was very helpful and we were able to get around town and to New York without a problem!

This was one of my top accommodation stays for many reasons. First and foremost, the hostess was incredible with timeliness, friendliness, and helpfulness in communications. The apartment had everything you could need for bathroom, kitchen, living-room and bedroom. Plenty of towels and quality thickness. Laundry in basement. Transit options to/from airport and to/from Manhattan are a very short walk away. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. I was able to plug my Fire Stick into the bedroom TV with no issues (and didn’t even need the extension cord I brought). There was already a Fire Stick connected to the living room TV as well. The welcome snacks from the hosts were a very thoughtful touch.One tip: when entering the door code, some numbers may require pressing more than once until you hear the beep before moving to the next number. There are motion lights over the stairs and in the kitchen, which were helpful at night. Despite being close to the airport, I didn’t notice any plane noise, though earplugs are provided if needed.The apartment is very affordable, and I would highly recommend it if you’re in the area or need a place to stay before a flight. Just note that the driveway for the house is on the right side. I later realized I had accidentally been using the neighbor’s driveway to walk.
