As you enter the Majestic Sun 812A vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and a tastefully decorated living room. The first thing you will notice is sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony that offers full views of the breathtaking shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the balcony and you can feel the fresh air rolling in from the beach. Relax in one of the lounge chairs and savor a captivating sunset. This is what vacations are all about! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom is generous and contains a queen-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. With room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this beautiful Destin vacation rental condo is perfect for your next family vacation!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

We had a great stay and our condo was comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. If I had to make one complaint, it was that I received no "How to check out" instructions. The do's and don'ts of checking out. I didn't really want to leave so it was not really a complaint.

Everything was great. This was our second stay at the same condo because it was so great the first time, and it didn't disappoint the second time. The condo was very clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. There's great food and ice cream within walking distance, which is very convenient when you're trying to drive as little as possible while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better was having a shower caddy in the shower to hold shampoo, etc. Other than that, I can't say enough great things about our stay!

This unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and we were very comfortable here. The view over the Gulf was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!
