G by the Sea is a diamond DELUXE 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit that offers an open, bright floor plan with large floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom, allowing for unobstructed, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked! You will have everything you need to cook a delicious, home-away-from-home meal while overlooking the gorgeous Gulf. The dining room and breakfast bar can accommodate up to 10 people. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate 6 people in the Master bedroom with a King Bed, the Guest bedroom with a Queen Bed, and the Living room with a pull-out Queen Sleeper Sofa. High-quality, plush linens and towels, high-speed speed reliable internet, HDTVs in all rooms (3), and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Absolutely love this condo, you get exactly what you see in the pictures! I have been coming to Majestic Sun since 2015 and can’t see myself going anywhere else! This condo has it all and you won’t be disappointed! I have stayed in different condos throughout the years and 413A is the BEST! G by the sea ❤️. Can’t wait until next year for another 8 days of turquoise crystal clear water ❤️. The only thing that surprised me about the condo was when we arrived and opened the door it was a musky smell but with fresh ocean breeze it was gone in a couple days but this was the first time I’ve ever had that happen.

We had a fantastic stay! This is our 4th stay at Majestic Sun and our first at this particular condo. It was well stocked, had nice decor, a big balcony and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. The guest bathroom tub wouldn’t switch over to the shower…we had maintenance come look at it and he was able to pop it over with a knife, but we opted to just let the girls use our shower. Probably needs a new part, but that was minor. Everything else was perfect and we would be extremely happy to stay here again!

I will start with the positives. We typically stay at Ariel Dunes just behind this property but decided to try Majestic Sun since we have an 18 month old and the walk is shorter to the beach. The property is convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. Unit was clean and view was great. Decorations were tasteful. Plenty of dishes/cups for use.
On to the rest. Upon entry, the unit had a urine-like smell. We ended up going to buy air fresheners for the stay. The master bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The guest room is a bit smaller than it looked in pictures and lighting very dim. Any laundry that we did had to be dried over 2 cycles which was a bit inconvenient. The AC had to stay at 72 or above which is a bit warm (this is not the case at Ariel Dunes). The pool area was much smaller than we anticipated. Some of the outlets did not work. The TV would cut out frequently when our little one was watching his shows. One of the bar stools was very wobbly/broken and could not be used. Had to have maintenance come to fix the garbage disposal.
My guess is that this building may be older than Ariel Dunes. Although the proximity to the beach is better, I am not sure we would choose to stay here again.
