Welcome to The Gathering Place, a spacious lodge in Island Park, Idaho designed for exactly what the name suggests — bringing people together.
Located about 40–45 minutes from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, this large cabin is a perfect home base for family reunions, multi-family vacations, fishing trips, snowmobile adventures, and Yellowstone exploring.
With 6 bedrooms and space for up to 26 guests, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. The large kitchen and dining areas make it easy to cook meals for a crowd, share stories from the day’s adventures, and plan tomorrow’s Yellowstone outing.
After a long day exploring the park, fishing the famous Henry’s Fork, or riding the nearby ATV and snowmobile trails, come back and relax. Soak in the hot tub under Idaho’s wide starry sky, play a game of pool in the game room, or gather around the fire pit outside.

There were 24 of us that stayed for a week while visiting Yellowstone, the experience was great! The host was very responsive, and the facility was well maintained! Thanks for the wonderful 50th anniversary you helped to give us!

This home is located in a beautiful, peaceful area. It was close to all the thing we wanted to do.

The stay was great. The location close to all we planned on doing. Family totally enjoyed the hot tub and activists including the fire out and volleyball court. Trails for the kids to ride ebikes and motorcycles. This was a great place

We had 17 family members for Christmas. There was plenty of room although I wish there was one big room to gather and eat. The kitchen pantry had so many appliances that there wasn't much room to put our food. Probably don't need 4 crockpots. But overall it was really nice.
