- Pets, up to 2
- NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDs
- No pets under the age of 1
- Pets must be house trained
- Pick up pet waste and dispose of in a plastic bag in the trash can under the car port
- Any damages outside of normal wear and tear (cleaning of pet hair, etc) will be reported to Vrbo and an additional fee will be added to your bookings

- Lawn service biweekly, someone will come out every 2 weeks for lawn maintenance
- Do not attempt any repairs yourself, regardless of how minor
As your host we respect your privacy and safety. When scheduling a mid-stay cleaning, we will let you know who’ll be entering the home, what time they’ll start, and how long they’ll likely be there.
