This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental is perfect for families or small groups seeking a comfortable and convenient home away from home. With a king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other, plus a queen-size pullout couch, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.
The Space:
Our duplex offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV and luggage racks for your convenience. The living room also has a Roku TV and a queen-size pullout couch with a 2-inch memory foam pad, perfect for additional guests.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials: cookware, bakeware, a blender, seasoning, oil, vinegar, coffee supplies, kids' dining ware, and a highchair. We even have a bar cart with all the tools needed to make any drink, along with wine and whiskey glasses.
Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board (which doubles as a clothing steamer).
For the little ones, there's a pac n play with a mattress and sheets, kids' toys, books, and games.
We use Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in both bathrooms.
Outside, you'll find a garage, a back patio with a grill, and corn hole boards for some family fun.

Guests have full access to our side of the duplex, including the garage and back patio. Feel free to use all the amenities provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We were visiting our son for parents weekend. We brought our teenage daughter and the house was perfect for our family! It was plenty big enough and convenient to the fraternity house which was nice. The amenities were as pictured and nice in person. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Sweet duplex home nestled in an established quaint and quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable beds with silky soft sheets. Convenient location to the college campus, shops & restaurants, and a very responsive management team. Would definitely return!

This house was perfect for our stay for my son's graduation from GSU. The house is in a quiet family neighborhood. The house had plenty of supplies to maje our time very comfortable. Our host Kaelin was very responsive and even added a little gift for his graduation. Highly recommend this for a trip to Statesboro.
