You'll have exclusive access to the entire home during your stay.

Nestled in the Market district, this quiet neighborhood offers a serene backdrop for your stay. And the best part? You are less than 5-minutes from everything, including restaurants, shopping, and convenient grocery stores.
From our driveway it is: 0.5 miles to Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2.8 miles to Publix, 2.8 mile to Bull & Barrel Steakhouse,
Best of all, for all Ga Southern events it is less than 2 miles to any activity on campus
1.6 miles to Paulson Stadium, 1.2 miles to Hanner Fieldhouse, 1.6 miles to Clements Stadium

Our central location means you're conveniently close to Georgia Southern University, making our home a perfect choice for visiting parents, alumni, and prospective students. You'll also find easy access to major highways for exploring the wider area, and we offer ample parking for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
We are located in a triplex. The unit next door is also available for rent to accommodate larger groups. Please be kind and courteous to our neighbors and be mindful of noise in the evening hours.
Pets are welcome! There is a $50 per pet fee.

Everything was prefect until I tried to open the dish washer as we were leaving. The dishwasher is NOT attached to the cabinets.When you try to open it it tilt forward falling away from the cabinets. I put my glass in the sink.One other minor thing, the door stop in the back right bedroom is broken and I noticed a small hole in the drywall.For us these were not a problem but they should be corrected.I highly recommend this rental !!!

We visited the area to celebrate a family member's 100th birthday and found Eagle's Retreat to be the perfect home away from home, offering all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. This immaculate, centrally located four-bedroom, four-bath home was within walking distance of dining and shopping, making it incredibly convenient.

This was the perfect place to stay for graduation. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location and mgt even left a sweet grad gift for our graduate. Great communication as well!
