About this apartment rental
This is a spacious, open, one bedroom, one bath condominium located on the west edge of Aspen's downtown core. Adobe's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all within easy walking distance. This condominium has a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with a separate dining area, a gas fireplace, wireless internet, and a washer/dryer, and off-street parking is provided behind the building. It is a standard rates unit on the second floor, and though not completely renovated within the last two years, it a very comfortable accommodations in a great location! Sleeping up to four people with its king bed in the bedroom and additional pull-down full-size Murphy bed in the living room, it is a perfect unit for a couple of up to four people. Please note this unit does not allow pets. Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado's cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings.

Great location - walkable to many places. Easy to catch free buses nearby. Very nice comfortable condo and plenty of room for two. Private parking in the back of the building is great because otherwise street parking in busy Aspen can be a nightmare.
Worth noting - there is a parking pass that stays with the condo. The people before us had taken it with them. Property management got it back from them and got it over to us, but we had to deal with several hours of street parking before that. The condo is very strict about having this parking pass displayed.

Exactly what I expected. Small, but clean apartment. Great for two or three people. Good location, near downtown.
