Black Bear Penthouse A is located in the prestigious Black Bear community of Deer Valley. Newly renovated with mountain contemporary furnishings, hardwood flooring throughout, and high end appliances. Inside, you will find two master bedrooms, a loft, and three full bathrooms. With 1,800 square feet of living space it can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. This condo offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. It can also be combined with Black Bear Penthouse B for even more space and accommodations for those traveling with large groups.
You will be just steps from the Silver Lake Village area where you'll find stores, restaurants, and of course, Deer Valley Ski Resort for easy ski access.
Living Room: Upscale furnishings, a gas fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors and amazing views of Deer Valley Resort. You can also just enjoy some programming on the 70" Sony Smart TV with a Polk Audio Soundbar.
Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a copper farm sink. Guests can eat at the kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining Room: Separate dining area with seating for six.

Master Bedroom- King bed, a 43" Sharp Roku Smart TV, and a full private bath. Private bath offers quartz countertops, copper sink, and walk-in tile shower.
Master Bedroom 2- King bed, a 43" Sharp Roku Smart TV, and a full private bath. Private bath offers quartz countertops, dual copper sinks, and walk-in tile shower.
Loft- Four twin beds, a 40" Samsung Smart TV with Apple TV, and access to a fully appointed bathroom. The sleeping space is rounded out with the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

BBQ: Yes, community BBQ next to pool.

Nice condo in a great location! This condo is a good option and very quiet. We also liked that it was across the street from the Stein Erickson and very close to Silver Lake Lodge and ski storage! I would suggest different bed linens for the master bedroom. Currently there are only sheets and a heavy brocade bed cover which I assume does not get laundered between guests. That I did not like.. Otherwise- a nice condo!

This unit is beautifully updated with a great view of the mountain. Each bedroom has a TV and humidifiers. We loved the open kitchen, high ceilings, jacuzzi, cozy fireplace (although we had to call maintenance for some help with the pilot light), the enclosed hallway outside of the unit for boot and equipment storage, and most of all - the location. An easy walk to Silver Lake Lodge with ski valet made for a great family ski trip with flexibility for different family members. The kids also thought the loft was awesome (heads up, it's steeper than it looks). Only drawback was the elevators. Due to the wind (during record snowstorms), they would intermittently stop working, which is a real challenge when you have a 4-year-old and a 78-year-old needing to walk down four flights of stairs in snow boots. The homeowner should complain to the building as they clearly need to do some updating on facilities!

The property was perfect for our group. Very clean and great location. Property manager provided easy to understand check in and checkout instructions. I recommend for any ski trip!

If you don't have ski in ski out, a short walk to ticket office, ski corral, and Sterling chairlift is the next best. Unit is as pictured. Nice views of Bald and Flagstff peaks. We'll equipped.
