Black Bear Penthouse B is located in Deer Valley's Black Bear community and is just steps from Silver Lake Village. Completely remodeled with mountain contemporary furnishings, high end kitchen appliances, and hardwood flooring throughout. With approximately 1,800 square feet and two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft, this property can easily accommodate up to ten guests. This property can be combined with Black Bear Penthouse A for even more space and accommodations for those traveling with large groups. Choose this property for easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer.
Living Room: Comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace. Gather up the crew for some conversation or watch your favorite shows on the 70" Sony Smart TV.
Kitchen: Chefs Kitchen including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and kitchen bar seating for 3 people.
Dining Room: Separate dining area with space for six.

Master Bedroom- King bed, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and full private bathroom.
Master Bedroom 2- King bed, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and full private bathroom.
Loft- Four twin beds and access to a full bathroom. With its 40" HD Smart TV with Apple TV, it is a great space for the younger guests.
Hot tub: Yes, private hot tub with gorgeous views.
BBQ: Yes, community BBQ next to pool.

Loved our stay! Our family of 6 fit perfectly. The property managers were very helpful and quick to answer any questions. It’s a short walk to the ski lift. Hoping to return next year!
