Such an amazing stay! The view from the back patio was gorgeous. It's a beach lovers delight. You can hear the waves from inside. The house was spotless and master bedroom suite was the perfect setup. You could even see the water while still in bed. Just down the road was a grocery store, great restaurants, shops and a delicious bakery. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Hope to stay again soon!

No washclothes were provided.
The shutter doors were off-track on the slider to the backyard making it difficult to open & close. This is how we found it and we tried to fix, but it kept coming off the track.
None of the outlets in either of the bathrooms worked, making it difficult to dry/style hair. (Didn't look like these outlets were to code)
No sheets on any of the beds. Just a mattress cover and a duvet.
The back patio was dirty with debris from trees. We understood, and were happy to clean it up for our use, but they did not respond to our email asking about a broom - we also asked for washclothes.
With the outlets, we found the gfi places and the braker box to see if we could get them to work, to no avail.
We called Mai. Her husband called us back about the outlets, which was the most important to us. I asked if they could come and look at it, but they said that they would have to call an electrician. So no help there for our stay.
The checkout instructions were to start the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher soap, so my second email to them was about that. No response was received on either email.
I have pictures to show the very clean way the unit was left.
For the price, it was disappointing.
The good things were the wagon in the garage to get our luggage up the hill to the unit. The view was lovely.
