- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.

• Full New kitchen, New Washer/Dryer, New 55” inch smart TV, New Gas Range, New Electric Fireplace
• Up to 1GB Fast & Stable wifi, basic cable TV channels
•EV charger (50 Amp, level 2, 240 V, electricity paid by guests). Guests pay $30 per night for electric charge. Please inform the host before using the EV charger.
• Travel crib is available upon request, please let us know 2 days before your arrival check-in date.

- No events or parties allowed.
- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.
- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
- Guests should not spend time outside of the house between the quiet hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.
- Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house at ANY TIME (Daly City Ordinance). Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.
-Any drug use, including marijuana is prohibited. Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Report any damage to us immediately. so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
- Garbage Bins take out on Tuesday evening, bring back on Wednesday after emptied. Otherwise, a dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.
- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout. An energy charge of $50 will be charged for each occurrence.

This space is simply, tastefully and beautifully decorated. The common area and kitchen are spacious and well appointed, including a modern electronic fireplace. This was perfect for our family of 7 adults.

We had a great stay at this property. It was close to San Francisco where we attended the hardly stictlu bluegrass festival. Also very kid friendly with games and even a high chair for our baby. There is also a playground within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment I made the booking until the day we checked out, this property was absolutely fabulous and would highly recommend to anyone including families.Bella’s communication was exceptional from our very first enquiry right through to the end of our stay. We flew over from Australia to run an event in San Francisco, and this place truly felt like a home away from home, far more comfortable than any hotel.As soon as we walked in, everything was spotless, tidy and welcoming. Our team cooked meals, did laundry, walked to nearby shops, worked on our laptops and relaxed in between. The property was the perfect size, spacious, cozy and equipped with everything we needed to unwind and recharge. We’d highly recommend this place to families or groups, as it offers all the conveniences of home.Thank you again for hosting us, we’ll definitely be back next year!

The place is immaculate and accurate to the description. The amenities are A. Almost everything has been thought of down to dryer sheets for the dryer and a first aid kit. The only thing I needed was a pair of tongs in the kitchen but everything else you can think of was there.
