Location is great. Layout of unit good. Recommend new cookware. Couch is broken down. Unit had a more than normal musty smell. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Second stay at this unit! Just perfect!

The property- everything about it- was superb!!!

The location was perfect! Easy path to the beach, close to the pool, easy walk/bike to shops, restaurants and grocery. Second floor, next to the elevator for bringing up luggage and luggage carts were available. The air conditioning worked well, no issues with keeping cool. There was lots of wildlife, including an opossum, cat, and deer for the kids to look out for every morning just outside the window. The biggest downside was the cleanliness of the condo overall. You can tell the cleaners/maids did a good job between visitors, but it needed some TLC that a weekly cleaning doesn’t touch on. There was baseboard molding falling off in the kitchen, carpets needed a deep clean, sofa and chairs were dirty and stained and more likely just need to be replaced, cabinets in the bathrooms were falling off the hinges and drawers were falling out/difficult to open/close, the walls and doorways needed to be wiped down, the coffee maker water tank was filthy, some of the pots were rusted/unusable, and the master bath toilet paper roll was broken off the wall. Overall, I’d say it was okay. I expected it to be in a better state. If you visit I recommend bringing wash clothes for showers, none were provided, and extra blankets, there were only sheets and thin comforters on the beds (there was one extra blanket in a closet, an extra comforter and tons of extra pillows). Heads up, the master shower temp is opposite of what is indicated on the faucet (hot is cold and cold is hot).
