Can't beat the location. Two minute drive to Coligny plaza and steps to the beach! The condo was super roomy. Definitely could use sprucing up in spots (bathrooms, carpet especially) but it was comfortable for us. The place seemed to be missing its iron and the rental company brought us a new one. They were very responsive to our questions and inquiries.

We loved the beach and pool! Mattresses need to be replaced-it was very hard to sleep on such worn mattresses, especially for this price point. Black out shades in the bedrooms (or at least some curtains) would be very welcome. Property was clean and appliances worked well.

We had a great stay and will definitely return. We had a couple of issues upon arrival and they were fixed promptly. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed for the week. It could use a little updating and the WiFi was spotty, but other than that we loved it! Great location, great pool, and great access to the beach!

The unit was not clean. There was mold in the bathtub, the shower door would not close tightly. The shower bar was bent. the master bedroom toilet was not clean. There were knobs missing, a broken mirror, the HVAC vents were disgusting. This unit hasn't been maintained well. The outside landscaping was well maintained. The pool was good but the hot tub was constantly used by children under 12 yrs old which was against the property rules, which was annoying. The location was excellent. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was great.
