5th Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, King Size Bed in Master, Two Double Beds Secondary Bedroom. The Large Diagonally Laid Tile takes you through out this designer decorated unit. The Large Glass Doors in Living Area and Master Go out onto the Open Balcony where you can relax and enjoy the Beautiful Jetty/Bay view from morning coffee through gorgeous sunset and evening activity (fireworks on Thursday evenings in the summer). The Mirrored Wall in the Living and Dining Area expand the space. The Kitchen is accented with Solid Surface Counter Tops, Bead Board, and Recessed Lighting over the Breakfast Bar. The Angled Master Bedroom entrance and Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms add to your relaxing environment. There is a Beautiful View (sliding glass doors) of the Jetty/Bay from the Master Bedroom to wake up to or relax to in the evening. Watch the 37 inch LCD TV and DVD Player in Living Area or watch the LCD TVs in the Bedrooms. Guests are allowed only 2 cars no exceptions!!

We had a difficult start to our trip as our code did not let us in and the contact information advised us that the office was closed and to call an emergency line. I called both lines with no answer and no answer on the chat through the VRBO app. Luckily I googled the parent company and a great employee helped me get into the room after about 30 minutes. The condo was in good shape, clean, and enjoyable. Wr really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. I would just suggest that best beach getaways updates the emergency contact number on the voicemail.

The location & property was nice. The condo was clean & all communication between the host & myself was prompt. The check in process was easy & parking was easy as well. The 24 hr security at the gate was nice to have. The building itself was undergoing updates, so the stairwell to our floor was temporary, but it didn’t impact our stay. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the condo could use more blankets & more comfortable pillows. We would stay again. Overall, a great experience.

We love staying at Jetty East, this was the 5th time staying but first with VRBO. The only thing we were confused on was the towels as we have never been able to was them ourselves and had to use the towel services with a jetty East and didn’t know that until calling in. It would also help to know you need to pay for the chair and umbrella service. The book had the old chair service listed and not the current and was 47 a day not 35 like book showed. Other than that we loved our condo.
