The Large Glass Doors in Living Area and Master Go out onto the Open Balcony where you can relax and enjoy the Beautiful Jetty/Bay view from morning coffee through gorgeous sunset and evening activity (fireworks on Thursday evenings in the summer). The Mirrored Wall in the Living and Dining Area expand the space. The Kitchen is accented with Solid Surface Counter Tops, Bead Board, and Recessed Lighting over the Breakfast Bar. The Angled Master Bedroom entrance and Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms add to your relaxing environment. There is a Beautiful View (sliding glass doors) of the Jetty/Bay from the Master Bedroom to wake up to or relax to in the evening. Great condo. Clean, had all we needed for a week's stay, easy check in, awesome views and close to restaurants. Only inconvenience was the AC was loud, every time it stopped it did very loud clicking noises that woke us up during the night.

Nice location, beautiful beach, seemed like the room could have been a little cleaner and updated, there was a coffee maker there but no filters, we left the ones we bought so it should be supplied for a while, it is advertised as having a lighted tennis court but i didnt see any lights or people playing after dark. It has a shuffleboard court right beside the tennis court but i couldn't find any equipment to play with and had to reach out 2 different times to the host before he finally replied and said he would check if there is any equipment onsite but he never got back with me, so if thats a sport you look forward to playing while you are there just beware that you apparently have to furnish your own supplies or i was just not properly informed. it is advertised also as having a grill, the grills are out under the pavilion by the beach, there are multiple grills and appear to be on first-come first-served bases, i didn't realize thats where they were until the last evening we were there and i decided to check out the pavilion. Overall I would recommend the room and experience but it would have been nice to be a little better informed on everything so hopefully this review helps for the next people in line!

We have stayed at Jetty East for several years, usually in January or February due to the warm pool and the great location. We also know that this is the time of the construction, so there is usually a bit more noise. This trip, though, was a nightmare. Construction is one thing (they were putting carpet in the 4th and 6th floor--we were on the 5th floor), but they were sanding down the floor of the lobby and creating a noxious dust that covered everything--and we inhaled it ALL WEEK and coughed uncontrollably. Twenty years of lobby flooring being sanded down and creating inhalants that caused me and my family to cough. This unit should NOT have been rented, and we found out that the property management company (Best Beach Getaways) was actually notified of carpet work but NOT of the lobby sanding. I pray my family does not experience long-term respiratory distress from this trip. We tried to spend as much time as we could outside of the condo, but coughed nonstop when we were there. It was unacceptable. ASK IF THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION, and if so, do not go.
