The villa is nestled within an ancient town of Etruscan origin, surrounded by the pristine countryside of the Tenuta Castello del Terriccio. Set amidst the gentle Tuscan hills, it offers breathtaking views of vineyards interspersed with oak woodlands, eucalyptus trees, and vibrant Mediterranean maquis, which imbue the area with captivating colours and scents.

The villa (660sqm) features a spectacular private pool (measuring 22 x 9 meters with a depth of 150 cm; open from June to September). The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, loungers, a gazebo, and a relaxing zone. Additionally, there is a barbecue area perfect for enjoying alfresco dining in the serene Tuscan evenings.

The villa offers spacious and luxurious accommodations, featuring 7 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, 2 elegant dining rooms, a comfortable lounge area, a large verandah and surrounding parkland.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor includes an inviting entrance and lounge area with a fireplace, two dining rooms (seating 6 and 14 guests respectively), an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and internal staircases leading to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all offering picturesque views of the gardens. Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be combined to create double beds;
One of these bedrooms has a private terrace and two of the other bedrooms have door which open onto the same panoramic terrace.
Accessed via an external staircase, but still on the first floor, there are the last 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has a private lounge.
Both bedrooms are furnished with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed.
All rooms have air conditioning and televisions to ensure maximum comfort and convenience.
