About this house rental
Spence Villa vacation townhome is located in a gated community called Little Bay Country Club off of Norman Manley Road. Almist an hour and a half from Montego Bay Airport. This quiet community has 24 hour security. Guests who stay here have access to the private beach and pool as well as Club House recreational facility; tuck shop, private washrooms, change rooms, outdoor showers, tennis courts and basketball net. All just a few steps from the front door of this furnished 2 bedroom vacation home.

- Kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, pots/ pans, dishes, glasses, & cutlery
-Dining room table seats 5
-Powder room the main floor (washroom)
-Laundry (washer/dryer) NOT available to guests
-Master Bedroom with En suite bathroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, a walk out balcony (faces the main road)
-Front bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning and balcony that faces the community across from second floor bathroom
-Main floor bunk bed (double bottom/single up top)
-Main floor common room has A/C & ceiling fan.
- Cable T.V HD available on main floor only
- NO CABLE in bedrooms
- Wifi Internet access avaiable
-Walkout to back yard and patio
-AC’s leak when they are left running for long periods of time creating condensation. The same occurs with the refrigerators ice maker. Please turn off when not being used, conserve energy
-This villa is set up cottage style, keep that in mind.

The property was well maintained and comfortable. The housekeeper Ida is friendly and prompt to respond. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had a really nice time in Negril! Little Bay is one of the first private homes before you get into town. We were very pleased with our home for the 6 nights we stayed.
We had a rent a car so it was very easy for us to get around. My husband is a morning person and walked to the resorts every day along the 7 mile beach.
The security guards were so nice and friendly. We did not have a beach view from the house, but definitely loved our stay here.
The house was great! everything you needed there to cook and have family meals. It would have been great itf there was an outside BBQ.. But that ok I enjoyed cooking in the beautful kitchen.
The pool is great and we enjoyed snorjking all around the private beach.
We had a lovely time!

Our stay at Little Bay Country Club was just heaven. The location was perfect if you want to be at a quiet place, yet you are so close by to all the other activities as well all along the 7 mile beach. The charming 2 bedroom was just perfect and could not asked for anything better being at Negril. The private beach area was just heaven. We had the whole pool house and beach area all to ourselves. It was incredible.
The instructions on how to handle the doors, remotes to fans, AC and TV was all in the instruction book. It took some doing, but overall, it all worked out great. We want to come back again. I loved it so much. Thank you for having us.
