This stand-alone 3BR / 3BA home offers space and privacy with open living areas filled with natural light and balconies on every level. A washer and dryer add convenience for both short getaways and extended stays.
Guests enjoy full access to the villa and direct beach access. Located within a gated beachfront property with on-site security presence, plus a dedicated manager available to assist with excursions, airport transfers, and local recommendations.
Due to interior staircases, the home is not suitable for children under 5 and is not wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful beach and Caribbean view from all three balconies. Very easy walk to both beaches. Our stay was 3 couples and it worked out very well. Owner was responsive and we had no bad experiences. If we were to ask for anything, it would be to update the living room furniture. For 6 people, it is relatively crowded and not the most comfortable. However, we spent little time in the living room. Will definitely book here again if we have 3 couples.

Our first time to Jamaica was an experience to remember! Our hostess, Maggie, helped us plan our days and included us in things she was doing which made us feel so welcome and safe and entertained! Having Maggie as our host was the most unexpected and invaluable part of our trip! The home at the Point was perfect, it was beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could have needed (snorkel gear and beach towels!). The room at the top was incredible - comfortable and private and spectacular, uninterrupted ocean views. We’re hooked. We will be absolutely booking again, likely for much longer than a week!

Very nice spot with a great view of the ocean. The hostess Maggie was magnificent, she was right there whenever we had a question or concern about anything. Grab this rental quick!!

This is my second stay at Point Village and I will be back. The main beach is fun but nothing beats coming home to a quiet private beach.
The condo kitchen is quite well stocked. Someone likes to cook - lots of utensils and gadgets. There was even a crock pot. We took full advantage of that and come back at the end of the day to yumminess.
The bed was comfy. The shower hot.
Maggie is awesome. If she recommends something, or someone, heed her advice.
