We arrived on property to find a truly remarkable oasis! What a place! Our family arrived in small waves, 14 in total, everyone said the exact same thing upon walking the property and home, “WOW!” The grounds were perfect, the house was spotless and the detached game room was a blast! We enjoyed ourselves so much! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed to cook for a large group. The views from the decks around the house are awesome! We could not have been happier with the place. The setting and this home are truly amazing! Thank you for the outstanding memories!

This was the second time we rented a property from Vacation Rental 365. Our initial experience was truly amazing, and I have since recommended this company to all of my friends.
However, this time, I want to highlight my unfortunate experience over three nights in this house.
1. The hot tub wasn’t clean and warm when we have arrived at first night. Next morning we tried to turn it on but we discovered that the water was noticeably unfiltered and dirty in the daylight. So, I contacted the company's customer service, and they promptly sent their maintenance personnel, whom I truly appreciate. Despite the snowy conditions he showed up by 2 hours and replaced the entirely clogged hot tub filter with a new one and cleaned all the dirts from the water. Anyway, unfortunately, the water didn't warm up until 10:00 pm.
2. The second night we figured out that dryer also not working due to a filter error which didn’t get fixed even we cleaned the filter (Which is a maintenance job). So we ended up to dry our clothes and towels on a drying rack.
3. Dishwasher lower basket is not the original one so it’s not fit properly and wash arm get stuck and machine getting off frequently. So we had to just using upper basket and handwashing most dishes.
Overall, I believe this cabin is a very attractive and enjoyable place which need having some improvements in maintenance and controlling process. Despite this, I appreciate Vacation Rental 365 for their helpful service.
